Resolutions & a clean start aren't the only things that come w/ the new year. For hip-hoppers like myself, it also means the arrival of a brand new 'Rap-Up' from VA rapper Skillz. I've had the pleasure of interviewing him & it's amazing how he's been able to generate buzz annually through this concept. Genius even! Check out the 2010 edition here.
